If you are driving from Toronto to Niagara Falls, you NEED to drop in to the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton. You will get to meet Vera. I spent some time inside her and listening to her roar. Magnificent memories of that Lancaster flight.
Did I mention that I have flown in the Lancaster as bomber crew?

Thanks for the tip. Sounds like a must see. Unfortunately no flight for me though...Vera is all booked out, and the flying season doesn't start until July.

Maybe I need to plan another trip to Oshkosh with a jump over to Hamilton for good measure!
